本服務的排盤與解讀，是依你提供的出生資料，透過固定的演算法與既有的文化資料庫計算得出。 由於這套理論與電腦演算法本身有其極限，結果僅供參考，我們不保證內容準確、完整或適用於你的個別情況； 當你依據這些內容作出判斷或行動時，後果由你自行承擔。

The Service provides digital content based on traditional Chinese metaphysics, calendrical and lifestyle material — readings, life-palace reports, name interpretations and daily guidance. All content is for entertainment and cultural reference only; it is not medical, psychological, legal, investment or financial advice.
Our charts and readings are computed from the birth data you provide, using fixed algorithms and a body of traditional material. Because that theory and those algorithms have limits, results are for reference only: we do not warrant that any content is accurate, complete or suitable for your particular situation, and if you act on it you do so at your own risk.
The Service is not a substitute for professional advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat illness, to decide the direction of a legal dispute, or to make investment or lending decisions. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.
Readings describe tendencies and themes, not settled outcomes; no method can guarantee that any event will happen. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

An account is required to purchase or save content. Keep your password secure; all activity under your account is treated as yours. You may sign out at any time, or ask us to delete your account.

The Service is for users who are 18 or older. By registering for or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18. If we learn that a user is under 18 we will stop providing the Service and delete the account and its personal data. Parents or guardians who become aware of this may contact us at support@forbiddenoracle.com.
Credits are an in-service virtual token used to unlock content. They are not currency, earn no interest, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The credits required for each item, and the price actually charged, are those shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars (USD). The payment methods we accept are those shown at checkout (for example cards, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where the payment provider supports them locally); if we add other payment providers we will update this page and the checkout page. Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider (Stripe, PayPal or another shown at checkout); we never see or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Unlocked content remains viewable under your account (permanent unlock), except daily items which are valid for the stated period. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view it. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or use it commercially.
不得入侵、繞過付費閘門、自動爬取、大量請求干擾服務，或以他人身分使用本服務。違反時我們可暫停或終止你的帳號。
Do not attack the Service, bypass paywalls, scrape at scale, disrupt the Service, or use it under someone else's identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
退款條件寫在退款政策；該政策構成本條款的一部分。
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
本服務的文字、圖像、聲音、3D 內容、程式與資料庫編排，均屬我們或授權人所有。你可以分享結果頁的截圖， 但不得整批複製內容或作為自己的產品提供。
All text, images, audio, 3D content, code and database compilation belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots of your own result pages, but may not copy the content in bulk or offer it as your own.
我們可隨時新增、修改或停止部分功能（例如尚未開發的 3D 內容）。我們會盡力維持服務可用， 但不保證不中斷、無錯誤，也不保證內容永久保存或不會遺失。
下列情形造成的服務中斷、延遲或資料遺失，我們不負賠償責任：網路或電信線路故障、電力中斷、 我們使用的第三方服務（例如 Cloudflare 的託管與資料庫、Stripe／PayPal 的付款處理、寄信服務）中斷或出錯、 設備或系統故障、網路攻擊、天災、戰爭、政府行為、法令變更，以及其他不可抗力或非我們所能控制的原因。
We may add, change or discontinue features (including unreleased 3D features) at any time. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free Service, nor that content will be kept forever or never lost.
We are not liable for interruption, delay or data loss caused by network or telecom failures, power outages, failures of third-party services we rely on (for example Cloudflare hosting and database, Stripe or PayPal payment processing, or our email provider), equipment or system faults, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, war, government action, changes in law, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對你的總責任以你在事發前 12 個月內實際支付給我們的金額為上限。 我們不對間接損失、利潤損失，或因你依賴本服務內容所做的決定負責。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions you make in reliance on the content.
本條款以香港特別行政區法律為準據法，爭議由香港法院管轄；但你所在地的強制消費者保護規定不受影響。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, with the courts of Hong Kong having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
條款更新時我們會修改本頁的生效日期；重大變更會以電郵或站內提示通知。繼續使用即表示接受新版條款。
