Account data (email, hashed password, signup time); the birth data you enter (date, time, gender, place of birth); transaction data (what was purchased, credits spent, order id and status — card numbers and billing addresses are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us); and technical data (IP, device and browser, language, usage logs) for security and debugging.

你可以隨時關掉這個功能：會員中心 → 帳號與設定 → 智慧顧問的 AI → 關閉 AI 顧問。 關掉之後顧問仍然可以用，但改成只在你的裝置上、用站內資料庫回答，不會有任何內容送到第三方模型； 這個設定跟著帳號走，換裝置登入也一樣。
The Oracle Advisor (AI chat) is optional. When you send a question, our server passes three things to a third-party large language model provider, DeepSeek (Hangzhou; servers in mainland China), in order to produce the answer: the question you just sent together with earlier turns in that conversation; the full text of the report you bought, as the basis for the answer; and our own system prompt. We do not send your email address, password, name, order or payment details, referral code or IP address. This means your question and that report text leave Hong Kong and are processed in mainland China, and are retained there under DeepSeek's own policies. We do not keep the conversation itself — only the record of which report was asked about, when, and how many credits it cost, for accounting and daily limits. You can switch the feature off at any time: Member Centre → Account & settings → The Oracle Advisor's AI → Turn off the AI advisor. The advisor still works, answering from our own archive on your device, and nothing is sent to a third-party model. The setting follows your account across devices.

Account and transaction records are kept while your account is active; transaction records may be retained up to 7 years for tax and accounting. When you ask us to delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data, keeping only what the law requires.

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@forbiddenoracle.com; we reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA, UK, California or another jurisdiction with data protection law, you have the additional rights those laws grant you.
本服務僅供年滿 18 歲的使用者使用，我們不會刻意收集未滿 18 歲者的資料。若發現有此情形，我們會刪除該帳號。 相關的年齡限制寫在服務條款第 3 條。
The Service is for users aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete the account. The age requirement is stated in section 3 of our Terms of Service.
